  • Pornhub owners Aylo will pay a $5 million penalty and remove child sexual abuse material from its platforms under a proposed settlement with Utah and the Federal Trade Commission. They also agreed that for the next 10 years, a third-party auditor will review the company every two years to ensure accountability. If Aylo violates the order requirements, the company will be subject to an additional $10 million fine. As of November 2024, Pornhub was the seventh most visited website worldwide by unique visitors, averaging 930 million visitors a month.

Utah Division of Consumer Protection and FTC secure landmark settlement with Aylo over unconscionable and deceptive practices

Additionally, Aylo will pay a penalty of $5 million to resolve claims it engaged in unconscionable and deceptive business practices. Utah Schools to celebrate American Founders and Constitution Month

Throughout September, Utah’s public schools will mark American Founders and Constitution Month with lessons, assemblies, and activities that connect students to the ideas and institutions of self-government. Constitution Day will be observed on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, in classrooms statewide.

As part of this year’s observance, there will be a Statewide Live Reading of the United States Constitution from the Utah State Capitol on Tuesday, Sept. 30, from 10 to 11 a.m. Every classroom in Utah is invited to tune in. The reading will be divided into 50 sections read by 50 readers, with a special musical performance at the midpoint. The event will serve as a capstone to Constitution Month observances in schools.
